Prince Albert attends charity evening celebrating 10 years of Monaco Disease Power

For its 10th anniversary, the Monaco Disease Power association organized a unique evening. Everything was exceptionally put together for the event. The setting was the legendary Yacht Club of Monaco.The evening included a raffle with unpublished lots: a watch offered from the prestigious Franck Muller house, a trip to Mauritius with a stay at the Anahita hotel and a cruise on one of the splendid ships from the Star Clippers company. An auction also took place during the evening, which included works by famous artists Robert Combas, One Teas and Jean-François Bollié, and a watch which belonged to Prince Albert II.

The evening included a musical performance by musician Ana Rucner and an exceptional performance by artist Erika Lemay. It was an opportunity to thank all the generous donors and volunteers who have helped the association develop. Prince Albert II was in attendance, he is also the honorary president of the association. Other important figures helping the cause were present as well. During this anniversary party, over 300,000 euros was raised thanks to everyone’s generosity. This amount will be invested into an extension for “La Maison d’Amélie,” a place which offers relaxing breaks for children or adults suffering from mental or physical handicaps or mental illnesses. By enlarging the house, the Monaco Disease Power team will be able to double its capacity.

Prince Albert II attends F(ê)aites de la Danse

Prince Albert II of Monaco was noticed in the first raws of the 1st edition of F(ê)aites de la Danse, the dance concept created by Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo, which took place this weekend in the glorious location of the Casino Square. Prince Albert II congratulated Jean-Christophe Maillot, Director of the Monte-Carlo Ballets and Antonio Castrignanò whose orchestra started off the festivities.

Monaco pavilion at EXPO 2017

HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco and Princess Stéphanie with her daughter Camille Gotlieb inspected the national pavilion of Monaco at the Astana EXPO-2017 on the past week. Prince Albert II also met the president of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev.
