Success of the first rhythmic gymnastics competition in Monaco

This October, the rhythmic gymnastics championship took place at Espace Saint-Antoine in the Principality. 200 young athletes, including 26 from Monaco and representatives of eight clubs from different French departments, competed in front of the judges.

This October, the rhythmic gymnastics championship took place at Espace Saint-Antoine in the Principality. 200 young athletes, including 26 from Monaco and representatives of eight clubs from different French departments, competed in front of the judges.

Maria Borzenko and Marta Garello from the Principality were the main heroes of the weekend and won gold and silver medals in the 18+ category. Among the 16-17 year old athletes, Charlene Marrafi stood out and took gold.

The athletes plan to prepare intensively for the Junior Games of Europe (JPEE) that will be held from 26 to 31 May 2025.
