Basketball Champions League: Roca Team lost yesterday against Nymburk from Czech Republic 66-76.
Nymburk stays unbeatable at its home stadium. And Roca Team who has been already qualified for the 1/8 finals and who had a very intense week with games against Banvit and Nanterre didn’t manage to accumulate all the energy and lost to Nymburk 66-76.
Monegasques lost in the first quarter (18-13), tried to regain point in the second and lost again (22-16), they won only the third quarter (12-21) but lost again in the last one (24-16).
From the Nymburk team, Allen (14 points), Benda (14 points), Lawrence (14 points) and Sant-Roos (13 points) led the game letting their team to lead the score during the whole match.
“Boys from Nymburk were quicker and had better reaction tonight, they merit their victory”, – Roca Team coach Zvezdan Mitrovic admitted.
