The internationally renowned coach and referee, Gabriel La Ruffa, has just been appointed as arbitration and competition manager at the Monegasque kickboxing federation. He was welcomed at the Louis-II stadium by Félicia Pouget, president of the International Kickboxing, Muay Thai and KravMaga Academy, as well as by the members of the Federation’s directors committee, Vice-President Cécile Gelabale. General Secretary Thomas Brezzo and President Claude Pouget, who formalized this nomination, participate in the development of the club in the Principality.
Gabriel La Ruffa, from Nice, joins the Monegasque team while remaining the head of his club, the ASLM Nice Kickboxing. He has been cooperating for many years with the Monegasque federation, including with the Monte Carlo Fighting Masters.
In the presence of a world champion
Following this appointment, world champion WKN 2017, also from Nice, Grégory Grossi, an athlete trained by Gabriel La Ruffa, came to supervise two master classes, one in Monaco and the other in Cap d’Ail, a partner club. Sessions that are particularly appreciated and will be renewed. Gregory Grossi will soon be fighting for a new Kickboxing world title (K1 Rules), in Wako Pro this time, at the Monte-Carlo Fighting Trophy next 30th of June at the Louis-II Stadium.
