On the 6th of March, the Social Action Service of the City Council launched the services of public writers to help those over the age of 60, Monegasques and residents of the Principality, as well as retired municipal staff who experience difficulties with administrative procedures.
The missions of the new service, called SOS Administratif, led by the Counsellor for Social and Family Economy, include:
– An aid to help with the understanding of documents (letters, forms, contracts, invoices, etc.)
– Drafting of (short) personal or administrative documents
– The explanation of administrative processes
– Support, guidance and assistance in making appointments for professional services.
Informational consultations are held every Tuesday between 9am and 12pm at the Social Action Service in the City Hall. Those interested can attend without making an appointment and the service is completely free.
