The summer season is going full throttle and Monaco has prepared a rich agenda both for its residents and guests. The business and cultural life of Monaco is buzzing with new events. The middle of summer and the beginning of autumn is probably the most anticipated time of the year, because even the weekdays are filled with exciting and interesting business and leisure events day after day. The Rose Ball

8 July

First initiated in 1954, the Bal de la Rose has long earned a reputation of being one of the most important charity events in Monaco. This evening has always symbolized the arrival of spring, and this year summer too, encouraging good deeds. All the funds raised over the gala evening are donated to the Princess Grace Foundation’s charity projects. It is a must for celebrities, businessmen and statesmen from around the world. The Rose Ball, always attended by the Princely family, will take place in Salle des Étoiles of Monte-Carlo Sporting Club. This year the Rose Ball will gather its guests in summer.

Christian Louboutin — The Exhibition[ist]

9 July – 28 August

A new major Christian Louboutin exhibition will start at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco on July 9 and run until August 28. The set design being prepared for Monaco will encompass 2,000 m² and unveil previously unseen works tied to the designer’s Monegasque inspirations as well as such new collaborations like the unique project developed with British artist Allen Jones. At the heart of the exhibition, the Musée Imaginaire room will bring together items from Louboutin’s personal collection and historic and artistic works borrowed from public and private collections, including from Monegasque museums.

Monte-Carlo Summer Festival

13 July — 11 August

The 2022 edition of the annual «star» summer music festival will delight the Monegasque audience, as it traditionally does, with a kaleidoscope of incredible events and the diversity of its program. Numerous enchanting concerts will cheer up the Principality, and such masters of the hall as Pink Martini and Imany with her show “Voodoo Cello”, Alicia Keys, Queen Machine Symphonic, Black Eyed Peas, James Blunt, Simple Minds, Christina Aguilera and Rita Ora will entertain you from first sight. The festival takes place in the mythical venues of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer. artmonte-carlo‘s 6th edition will take place from the 14th to the 16th of July 2022 at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco. The VIP Preview will take place on Wednesday, July 13th. The Monaco Red Cross Ball

18 July

The Red Cross Ball will be the undeniable peak of the summer season in Monaco. One of the most influential charity gala evenings in the world unites the international elite, cultural personalities and superstars, in the prestigious Salle des Étoiles, Monte-Carlo Sporting. The solemn opening of the event from year to year is given by the Princely couple. Set in a glamorous atmosphere, the Gala starts with the traditional drawing of the tombola, followed by a lavish meal featuring summer flavours. Traditionally, the event also includes a superstar. On 18 July, 15-time Grammy award-winning singer Alicia Keys will take to the stage for an exclusive outdoor concert on the Place du Casino, in front of guests.

Exclusive BIG ART FESTIVAL: concert of Andrea Bocelli and Jamie Cullum

Summer fireworks in Monaco

The summer will be in full swing with two fireworks on Saturday 30 July and Saturday 13 August, at 10 pm. A special summer concert will be organised after each fireworks in the Square Gastaud.

On July the 31st, the soprano and the tenor are invited in Italy to give a concert at the Villa Bocelli.
