The Fairmont Monte Carlo takes centre stage at the Monaco Yacht Show!

From 28 September to 1 October, the Fairmont Monte Carlo hotel will feature at the heart of the Monaco Yacht Show. Organised under the royal patronage of Prince Albert II of Monaco, the show will be held at Port Hercule, just a few steps from the hotel.

An internationally renowned event combining excellence and innovation, the Monaco Yacht Show has, over the years, maintained its status as the event for the luxury yachting sector. Hundreds of yachts and super yachts will be dropping anchor at Port Hercule, to the great pleasure of boating aficionados. This legendary event offers very high-profile exposure that is guaranteed by a strict selection process for participants, at which 500 major players in the industry and 105 extraordinary super and mega yachts will be present. It will also be an opportunity to attend the launch of around forty new projects.

Around the event, visitors can take advantage of the varied gastronomic experiences on offer at the hotel’s many restaurants. Choose between Nobu, with its Peruvian-influenced Japanese cuisine; the Lobby Lounge, featuring a choice of authentic dishes; Horizon Rooftop, boasting unbeatable views; and Nikki Beach, which will be open for dinner during the event to take advantage of its superb setting around the swimming pool, enabling guests to gaze out at the stunning sunset after a day of yachting discoveries. Not forgetting the hotel’s wellness facilities that include a heated swimming pool, a fitness centre with a view, and a new spa in conjunction with the famous Swiss brand La Vallée Switzerland.

The Fairmont will plunge guests into the incredible atmosphere and buzz that takes over the Principality during this autumnal event.

For this special occasion, the hotel will also be opening a pop-up restaurant at the Upper Deck Lounge, where the savoir-faire of the world’s luxury brands comes together with the worlds of business and private aviation, watchmaking and art. It is to the backdrop of this festive ambience and exclusive setting that the Fairmont Monte Carlo will be offering special menus created by our chefs.

And for this special week, the Nobu Fairmont Monte Carlo restaurant is preparing a special surprise: the combination of two chefs collaborating side-by-side as part of a four hands dinner. With their individual expertise working in tandem to create a joint gastronomic symphony, this duo will be offering a unique menu as part of which the Nobu Fairmont Monte Carlo will join forces with Nobu Warsaw. For this special event, Jérôme Lorvellec, executive chef at Nobu Fairmont Monte Carlo since it first opened, will welcome Yannick Lohou, executive chef at Nobu Warsaw, from 28 September to 2 October.
