The 4th Monte-Carlo Festival des Etoilés culminates in a 7 Michelin-starred Autumn Gala

The fourth edition of the Festival des Etoilés will end in style this fall with two final gastronomic events on 14 and 15 September at the Pavyllon Monte-Carlo before a seven-Michelin-starred gala dinner on 11 October at the Hôtel de Paris. This year’s Festival des Etoilés is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the Caves de l’Hôtel de Paris.

Four-handed dinner by Yannick Alléno and Richard Lee

After Alain Ducasse and Simon Rogan in April, Marcel Ravin and David Toutain in May and Dominique Lory and Yoan Conte in June, the fourth and last four-handed dinner of the Festival des Etoilés will be orchestrated by Yannick Alléno and American two-starred chef Richard Lee. The dinners will take place at Yannick Alléno’s restaurant, located in the heart of the Hôtel Hermitage.

Multi-starred chef Yannick Alléno recently opened the brand new L’Abysse Monte-Carlo, an ode to Japanese gastronomy. His passion and know-how will be combined with that of Richard Lee, who will travel from San Francisco, the location of Saison, his two-starred restaurant.

The closing Gala

All the starred chefs from the Société des Bains de Mer will come together to offer an exceptional dinner during the Festival des Etoilés closing Gala. Alain Ducasse, Marcel Ravin, Dominique Lory and Yannick Alléno will gather on 11 October for a remarkable evening, studded with seven Michelin stars. The event will take place for the first time ever on the intimate patio of the Hôtel de Paris.

The high-flying dinner will pay tribute to the 150th anniversary of the legendary Caves of the Hôtel de Paris. Thanks to Marie Blanc, the Caves contain more than 350,000 bottles and grands crus, making it the largest hotel cellar in the world. The Festival will be highlighting some of the most beautiful bottles, carefully selected by the SBM’s Head Sommeliers and starred chefs, for perfect food and wine pairings.

Exclusive visit to the Cellars of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo

The magic of the Festival will continue for guests who stay in one of the SBM’s hotels. The doors of the Cellars of the Hôtel de Paris will be opened for an extraordinarily rare moment of discovery, hidden twelve meters deep. The exclusive experience will be alongside the traditional meeting with the chefs of the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer.
