Secrets of culinary art…
The Seasons of Gastronomy is a festival for hobbyists and catering professionals.
“Haute gastronomy is now approaching the general public and our concept in the Port Hercule will confirm this; our customers will have the opportunity to ask their questions to renowned chefs, participate in master classes and enjoy the special menus created for the festival, accompanied by a glass of wine specially chosen to accompany each menu. The list of participants this year is very international: Japan, Spain, Peru, France, Monaco and Russia. The best chefs from each country will come together to create true culinary masterpieces and to reveal the secrets of culinary techniques to the public,” says Natalia Marzoeva, founder of the festival.
Teas from Siberia, caviar from the Caspian Sea
The participation of Russian, Monegasque and Italian creators will be a highlight of the festival. As part of the Russia Good Food program, the international public in the Principality will be able to experience another facet of Russia: producers and a wealth of products from different regions. Teas from Siberia, caviar from the Caspian Sea, spices from Caucasus, organic products from Central Russia, wines from the territory of Krasnodar will be presented at this event as well as Monegasque products and French wine.
The festival opens on 18 October with a Pop Up dinner featuring the participation of five different chefs. The space of the festival will be divided into several thematic areas dedicated to international and local producers.
On 19 and 20 October, guests will have a unique opportunity to attend master classes from great chefs and enjoy Pop Up lunches and dinners.
