Prince Albert II, Camille Gottlieb and Charles Leclerc attend Jimmy’z 50th Anniversary Party

A legendary club in Monaco and the Côte d’Azur, Jimmy’z Monte-Carlo, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. The milestone was memorialized with a big party on Thursday 11 July, in the presence of HSH Prince Albert II, Camille Gottlieb, Charles Leclerc and several other personalities. Belgian DJ Lost Frequencies hosted the party from behind the decks.

First Summer Concert at the Prince’s Palace attended by Prince Albert II

Prince Albert II attended the first summer concert by the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra, held in the Court of Honour at the Prince’s Palace on 11 July.

Under the direction of conductor James Gaffigan, the symphony concert paid tribute to César Franck and Franz Liszt. During the first part of the concert, the audience was treated to “Piano Concerto No. 2 in A major”, masterfully interpreted by pianist Alexandre Kantorow and the orchestra. In the second part,“An American in Paris” by George Gershwin was enchantingly performed by the musicians.

Every summer from mid-July to early August for over sixty years, HSH the Sovereign Prince invites the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra, along with the greatest international conductors and soloists, to perform at the palace.
