Over €1 Billion increase in Monaco’s GDP in 2022
Monaco’s GDP amounted to 8.34 billion euros in 2022, compared to 7.29 billion in 2021, an increase of €1.05 billion, according to a new report published by the Monegasque Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (IMSEE). Adjusted for inflation, that increase amounts to 11.1% compared to the previous year. After the strong growth of 21.9% in 2021, Monaco’s GDP increase remains at a very high level.

Special Inauguration of the Christmas Village by Prince Albert & Royals dedicated to “Rainier III, Passionate Prince”
On Thursday, December 7th, in the evening, Their Serene Highnesses, the Sovereign Prince and Princess Charlene, Her Serene Highness Princess Stephanie, Melanie-Antoinette de Massy, as well as numerous representatives from the highest institutions of the Principality, were welcomed by Mayor Georges Marsan and the members of the Communal Council for the inauguration of the 2023 Christmas Village, created in tribute to Prince Rainier III as part of the commemorations of His centenary.
Until Sunday, January 7th, 2024, through several scenographies decorated with photos of Prince Rainier III, visitors will be able to re-discover the numerous passions of the Builder Prince.
