The Prince extends His sincerest condolences to Mr Guillaume’s wife, Mrs Béatrice Frecenon-Guillaume, his children, his brother, and all his loved ones during this difficult time.

Exceptional commitment to the Principality

H.E. Mr Didier Guillaume’s exceptional commitment to the Principality was evident from the very start of his tenure on 2 September 2024. His determination and expertise contributed to tangible progress on key national and international issues vital to Monaco’s future. His remarkable personal qualities earned widespread admiration and respect.

In light of this tragic loss, H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince confirms that the interim leadership of the Minister of State will remain with Mrs Isabelle Berro-Amadeï, Government Counsellor-Minister for External Relations and Cooperation, who will continue to manage her department’s responsibilities.
