This beloved annual event, organized by the sports association of Monaco’s Public Safety department, saw participants winding their way through the picturesque streets of La Condamine, Larvotto, and Monaco-Ville, creating a festive atmosphere in the heart of the Principality.

The 17th edition of the Coupe de S.A.S. le Prince Albert II de Monaco, a prestigious archery tournament, took place from December 14 to 15, 2024, at the Espace Saint-Antoine in Monaco. The discipline require intense concentration and precision. Organized by the Fédération Monégasque de Tir à l’Arc, the event attracted hundreds of archers from various regions, competing in the international 18-metre indoor discipline across multiple categories, including recurve, compound, and barebow.

The competition featured individual events without duels, aligning with the 2025 season’s standards. Participants ranged from U13 to Senior 3 age groups, showcasing a diverse array of talent and skill levels.

A fifteen-page breakdown of Monaco’s 2025 preliminary budget was recently released by the Ministry of Finance. The National Council will be reviewing the budget at the end of December. The document forecasts revenues of 2.098 billion euros and expenditures of 2.187 billion (up 2.6% and 6.1% respectively compared to the 2024 preliminary budget).

“The Initial Budget 2025 presents a forecast surplus of expenditure of – €88.6 million. As a reminder, the 2023 financial year had closed with a surplus balance of + €126.3 million while the 2024 Amending Budget, submitted on 30 June, shows a surplus of revenue of + €82.1 million,” states the preliminary budget.
