World-renowned gourmet food market and restaurant, Dean & DeLuca, has opened its first European location in Monaco on 11 January. Known for its curated range of international and local flavours, this upscale market and dining destination caters to food enthusiasts seeking unique culinary experiences. The new location is on the 1st floor of Metropole Shopping Monte-Carlo (17 Av. des Spélugues, 98000 Monaco).

The American chain of upscale grocery stores was first established in New York City’s SoHo district in 1977 by Joel Dean, Giorgio DeLuca and Jack Ceglic. The founders had a dream of creating a space where customers could enjoy new cooking and dining experiences created from the finest ingredients from around the world. The founders had traveled to many countries in search of new and exciting culinary products. Each item was meticulously and thoughtfully chosen. Their effort and dedication to this selection process turned Dean & DeLuca into a widely recognized brand that became synonymous with foods of incomparable quality and taste.
Following the success of the first store, Dean & DeLuca expanded its business across the globe to Japan, South Korea, Kuwait, Thailand, Singapore, The Philippines, Macau, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, and now, Monaco. According to the brand, the new location in Monaco “perfectly aligns with Dean & Deluca’s ethos of culinary excellence and high-quality artisanal products”.

The new shop is open seven days a week, from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm from Monday to Friday and from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm on weekends.
