This winter, the Annapurna Hotel has given its reins to Jean Remy Caillon. Prior to working with the five-star hotel, the chef has given years to the luxurious restaurant Le K2, included in the Michelin Guide. Jean’s main inspiration is Savoyard cuisine and local farm products. His creations are a nod to cozy home-cooked meals and traditional recipes.
