Once again this year, Monaco will be celebrating World Theatre Day on Tuesday the 27th of March 2018, at 8 pm with an eclectic program at the Princesse Grace Theatre. The event is free and accessible to all.
The Cultural Affairs Department and the Monegasque National Commission for UNESCO invited five theatre companies from the Principality to create a night dedicated to the performing arts and the promotion of dialogue and peace between peoples.
Initiated in 1961 by the International Theatre Institute ITI, World Theatre Day is celebrated every year by the theatre community through numerous national and international events.
The quality of the proposals by the Principality’s theatre companies and the enthusiasm of all their actors, celebrate the living theatre and demonstrate its joyful vitality in Monaco.
