A spring program at the Monte-Carlo Beach was recently unveiled by the Société des Bains de Mer. The spring reopening is slated for 14 April 2025. The hotel’s renewal began in 2024 with René Blino placed at the helm of the complex, which will be revealed in successive waves throughout this spring and into 2027.

“The goal is to reaffirm the iconic Beach’s status as an eternally chic and glamorous hotel and seaside club, which brings its almost century-old art of living to the Riviera, reflecting today’s tastes and colours,” said the SBM in a recent press release.

The Monte-Carlo Beach’s brand-new decor will be unveiled around its Olympic-sized swimming pool and Le Deck restaurant, designed by interior designer Dorothée Delaye, starting on 14 April. On 16 May, the Maona Monte-Carlo restaurant becomes ‘Sea Satin at Maona Monte-Carlo’ for lunch and dancing under the sun, just like in Mykonos. On 21 June, Pointe de la Vigie will welcome Ibiza’s iconic Jondal, an ultra-luxurious Iberian experience, for lunch and dinner in tranquility. At the gourmet Elsa restaurant, Chef Marcel Ravin will take his “marine garden” concept a step further. Finally, the sporting club spirit will be more present than ever this season.

Timeless designs by Dorothée Delaye

Starting 14 April, new and refined decor by Dorothée Delaye will be unveiled around the pool.

The designer draws on the history of the places she enhances by bringing the essential elements to today’s lifestyles and comfort, creating timeless and elegant living spaces. She is behind the renovation of Gabrielle Chanel’s historic apartment, the Mimosa restaurants at the Hôtel de la Marine in Paris and the Langham Palace in London.

Dorothée Delaye has redesigned the outdoor furniture of the Deck brasserie, as well as the areas around the swimming pool for moments of relaxation. With its enveloping lines, sturdy wooden structures, plush comfort, striped prints, deckchairs, beds, cabanas, tables, and armchairs, it successfully reveals the chic seaside club spirit that has made Monte-Carlo Beach a success for nearly a century.

Sea Satin comes to Monaco!

Starting 16 May, Sea Satin will be moving into Maona Monte-Carlo. One of the most festive addresses in Mykonos, Sea Satin is preparing to revive the festive atmosphere that made Maona Monte-Carlo (‘Ma’ as in Maria Callas and ‘Ona’ as in Aristotle Onassis) one of the iconic party establishments of the French Riviera in the 1960s and 1970s. The cuisine will offer Greek dishes and Mediterranean flavours. Two sittings are scheduled at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Then a DJ will get the party started and the restaurant will transform into a dance floor under the spring and summer sun.

Jondal at La Vigie Monte-Carlo

Starting 21 June, Jondal arrives straight from Ibiza and sets up shop in La Pointe de la Vigie. Encompassing the spirit of Casa Jondal, which has remained authentic, intimate, and increasingly popular with vacationers seeking new “dream spots,” the restaurant offers a menu with Spanish flavours centred around seafood (open daily, for lunch and dinner).

Sports at Monte-Carlo Beach

A spirit centred, more than ever, around sport, well-being, and competition, the Monte-Carlo Beach is reconnecting with its sporting DNA. Private coaching sessions, group yoga and pilates classes are offered this season. A much-anticipated new feature will be: the padel. A friendly and fun activity, this sport has seen spectacular growth in recent years, with two lanes being added this winter. The green water sports centre will be back this year with pedal boats, paddle-boards, and kayaks. Starting 21 June, the Monte-Carlo Kids Club by Petit VIP will reopen, for young guests and their parents. In July and August, people of all ages can compete in the Olympic-sized pool for swimming competitions.
