VIENNA PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA

The Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra is a true legend. It was created in 1842 and was the first to perform such iconic pieces as Brahms Symphony No. 2, Bruckner’s Symphony No. 4 and Richard Strauss’s opera «Woman without a Shadow». Its annual Christmas concert, broadcasted live, has an audience of 50 million. Only the best of the best have the honour of conducting this legendary Orchestra. A young Venezuelan, Gustavo Dudamel, is the chef d’orchestre for the Monaco concert, sponsored by Rolex.
42nd International Monte-Carlo Circus Festival

This unique event, the International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo was created by Prince Rainier III in 1974. The festival brings together the best circus performers from all over the world: acrobats, gymnasts, clowns, animal tamers, and much more. Thanks to all these professionals, the festival has gained an incredible popularity and continues to attract a large audience every year. The «Golden Clown» — the most prestigious award in the circus world — is also presented here.
Anna Netrebko and Yusif Eyvazov’s Concert

Organized by Berin Art Management, this exceptional concert will unite the beautiful soprano of Anna Netrebko and the tenor of her husband Yusif Eyvazov. The concert will be accompanied by the Philharmonic Orchestra of Nice. The magnificent performance will consist of two parts, introducing you to the masterpieces by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Giacomo Puccini, Giuseppe Verdi and many others.
85th Lemon Festival in Menton

The Lemon festival in Menton is an amazing show that probably has no equal in the world. Traditionally, it is opened by a festive parade through the streets of Menton. Entertainers march and dance cheerful music while floats feature enormous citrus fruit sculptures. Just imagine: dozens of giant sculptures, from the Indian Taj Mahal, to the Italian Colosseum; live dinosaurs, and all your favourite Disney characters, all made from lemons and oranges! The theme of the Menton Lemon Festival changes every year and attracts over 200,000 tourists. This year’s theme is Bollywood.
NICE CARNIVAL

Nice has its own special way of celebrating Carnival. The city is one big party, with the highlight of a grand, wild parade with floats, music, dancing and lots of fun. Dozens of bizarre chariots, decorated in vivid colours and tons of flowers, march through the city streets, playing lively music and making you want to dance, laugh and be merry.
Festival «Printemps des Arts de Monte-Carlo»

This remarkable annual festival was founded by Princess Grace in 1984. Since then, it brings together the best artists in the very heart of Monaco for 5 weeks. Within the framework of the festival, a number of concerts take place in the most beautiful halls of Monaco: the Salle Empire at the Hotel de Paris, the Monte-Carlo Opera, and the Salle des Etoiles in Sporting Monte-Carlo.
64th BAL DE LA ROSE

Created by Princess Grace in 1974, the Ball of Roses is a glamorous and romantic annual gala,
marking the arrival of spring. The Ball of Roses traditionally takes place in the Salle des
Etoiles of Monte-Carlo Sporting and benefits the Princess Grace Foundation. In addition to wall-to-wall roses, the ball has a specific theme each year. In 2012, Karl Lagerfeld took over as lead designer and has been organising the Rose Ball since. His first theme was the London dandy style of the 1960s; in 2014, he chose the Russian constructivism theme, well applauded by the Princely family. This year’s theme has not yet been disclosed.
