The exhibition of the Prince of Monaco’s vintage car collection is not terribly touristy, though it may be of interest to car lovers and enthusiasts of all ages.
Located at the Terrasses de Fontvieille, the exhibition brings together cars of different periods, made by European and American vehicle manufacturers. There you can see horse-drawn carriages, military vehicles, the prestigious 1928 Hispano Suiza and the 1953 Cadillac. Formula 1 fans will be interested in the racing cars seen at the Monaco Grand Prix. The exhibition comprises approximately 100 cars which were collected and carefully restored by Prince Rainier III, father of the current ruler of Monaco.
