MonacoTech is delighted to announce the launch of its website, via which applicants can submit their projects: www.monacotech.mc .
Dedicated to start-up projects or start-ups which have already launched but are seeking support to help them develop, the website is intended as a gateway for the submission of applications. It also presents MonacoTech and sets out its resources, services and partners.
Led by Fabrice Marquet, MonacoTech is a start-up incubator and accelerator established by the Monegasque Government in partnership with Monaco Telecom and Xavier Niel. It has several objectives: to support innovative start-up projects in Monaco, to develop and promote successful companies, to diversify activity by positioning itself as a credible, renowned capital of innovation, and to generate indirect economic benefits. In the long term, it is intended to sustain new companies and integrate them into the local economy.
Local and international projects, in any technology-related field (fintech, healthtech, smart city, connected devices, etc.), originated by individuals or organisations, will be reviewed by a panel of professionals.
Open plan premises measuring 820 m2 and able to host up to 20 start-ups with 60 workstations, a semi-public area and a co-working space, will be made available for 150 to 300 euros per workstation, depending on the package selected. Start-ups will receive advice, support, encouragement and funding during the initial stages of their development.
The premises are set to open in autumn 2017.
