This weekend in Monaco is all about this winter holiday. And although it is generally viewed as a family holiday, no need to stay at home, go out and have fun! And here are a few suggestions for you.

For those of you who loves music there is 2nd International Organ Festival at Chapelle des Carmes and there is also a Christmas Concert in Saint Devote Church both events on Saturday 24 December at 5 p.m.

Christmas Village with a Christmas Market every day offers you interesting winter activities, parades, an open-air skating rink and shows. There is a number of places you can go to if you haven’t made photos with Santa yet, for example the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo or Christmas Village. And don’t forget about an open-air skating rink and Exhibition of nativity scenes from all over the world.

And if you are tired of holiday preparations, take a break at PRO A Basketball Championship game: Monaco – Pau Lacq Orthez on Friday 23 December at 8 pm Stade Louis II – Salle Omnisports Gaston Médecin.

12th annual Christmas swim in the sea is setting off from the Larvotto Beach below Rose des Vents restaurant, a fun swim followed by a tombola to raise money for the Monegasque association Vol a Voile.
