Workshops for Young Public – July Programme at Villa Paloma

The Workshops for Young Public will take place from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.  They are offered at the rate of 15€ per child.

The workshops will be limited to 6 participants and subject to prior registration. Each activity is designed with respect for the social distances to be observed as well as the health rules to apply, wearing a mask is compulsory from 5 years.

Monday July 20 – Tour and collage workshop
After a tour in the form of a questionnaire, the child will work by mixing collage and drawing techniques.
Children from 7 to 12 years old

Tuesday July 21 – Tour and collage workshop
After a tour in the form of a questionnaire, the child will work by mixing collage and drawing techniques.
Children from 7 to 12 years old

Wednesday July 22 – Storytelling tour and collage workshop
After a tour in the form of stories, the child will work by mixing collage and drawing techniques.
Children 4 to 8 years old

Monday July 27 – Shoe Collection
Discover the work of Michel Blazy presented in the garden of Villa Paloma and make your own plantations.
(Come with a pair of used sneakers)
Children 4 to 8 years old

Tuesday July 28 – Writing workshop
The child will invent a fantastic story inspired by the works in the exhibition and reinterpret them in drawing to illustrate his story.
Children 8 to 12 years old

Wednesday July 29 – A story of moving images
Explore the work of Eugene Frey and discover different moving image techniques.
Children 8 to 12 years old

Thursday July 30 – Camera Obscura
Make and experiment with your own camera obscura in the gardens of Villa Paloma.
Children 6 to 12 years old

Friday July 31 – Stop Motion
This workshop deals with the image and its setting in motion from an IPad application.
After discovering the technique of Michel Ocelot and Lotte Reiniger, the child manipulates cut-out images to make a small animation.
Children 8 to 12 years old

Tunnel Book
Week of July 13 (5-day course)
For this workshop, the child creates a decor in the form of a tunnel book, a simple three-dimensional process. It’s about cutting, folding, drawing and inventing a decor.
Children from 7 to 12 years old

Family workshops

These workshops take place on Saturdays and Sundays from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Participation in family workshops is free after payment of the entry fee if applicable. They are suitable for children from 7 to 12 years old.

Saturday – A story of optics

Sunday – Treasure hunt
Enthroned above the sea, the gardens of Villa Paloma are home to many treasures. Come and meet the works installed in its gardens.
