Semaine du Goût (Week of Taste)

The 26th edition of the Semaine du Goût (Week of Taste) led by the Monaco Goût et Saveurs association by Joël Garault was launched this week in the lounges of the Hôtel Hermitage. Chefs who are ever more involved, more students, more and more events, the chef knows how to make the mouths of the participants water. Starting with the princely family, Prince Albert, Princess Charlène and their children, present during this launch.
“Jerusalem artichoke and matured goat cheese”. As always, the starred chef has chosen two products for the theme of this 2024 edition of the Week of Taste.
