An exceptional event “The Legacy of the Incas” Gastronomic Dinner is organized by the Monegasque Ibero-American Association (AMI), in collaboration with the Lycée Hôtelier de Monaco, the Embassy of Peru in Paris and Monaco, and PromPeru.
The event, entitled “The Legacy of the Incas,” aims to showcase the authenticity and heritage of the Inca Empire through a unique experience combining Peruvian gastronomy, culture, and traditions.
