“Romanesque” in Princess Grace Theatre

The play “Romanesque” will be on stage of the Princess Grace Theatre on Tuesday 15 October 2024, at 8 pm.

After digging into the story of the Metro (Métronome in 2009, later turned into a documentary series for France 5), and exploring the History of France through its roads (Hexagone, 2013), Lorànt Deutsch is back with Romanesque, the incredible saga of the French language, published in 2018. This time, the passionate historian looks at the origins of the language, and challenges some common preconceptions.
