From July 16 to July 20, the annual Summer Jazz Festival will take place in Nice, on Massena Square and in the Theater Verdure.
Today it is the most popular and visited among all jazz festivals in Europe! It is held in Nice since 1948. This is sometimes considered as the first jazz festival to gain international importance. Every year world stars such as Ella Fitzgerald, Pharaoh Sanders, John Lewis, Bon Walker and many others took part in it.
