Mosaic Concert at Villa Ephrussi

Following a successful launch of Mosaic Art and Music’s first event, we are pleased to announce their next event at 7pm on 16^th October 2020 at the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild.  

You are welcome at the The Villa Ephrussi in Cap Ferrat in this glamorous setting for an intimate evening of music and art. Pianist Tatiana Smelova will perform a programme of Beethoven, Franck and Chopin as part of the series of concerts that Mosaic art and Music is organising at the Villa Ephrussi. Guests will be served drinks after the performance.

Mosaic puts on concerts and recitals in magnificent settings with wonderful musicians and artists. The first concert took place at the Villa Ephrussi in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat immediately after the lockdown was lifted. It gave the audience their first experience of live performance in months – and was an opportunity to hear a top rate pianist perform an impassioned programme of Schubert and Liszt, while the artist represented was one of the world’s leading contemporary artists, Yayoi Kusama. Social distance measures are, of course,  respected at all times.

Tatiana Smelova who is performing this time is a concert pianist who has captivated audiences all over the world. A winner of many international competitions, Tatiana has performed in many important venues and festivals in Europe, Russia, Central Asia, Canada and the U.S.A. Tatiana is known for her wide repertoire ranging from early Baroque music through to contemporary compositions. Her performances and recordings have received critical and public acclaim, especially noting her brilliant pianism, powerful expression, depth of interpretation and a sense of style.
