Le Printemps des Arts: “Maresz – De Falla – Manoury”

Le Printemps des Arts (Spring Arts Festival) continues with a concert “Maresz – De Falla – Manoury” on Friday 21 March 2025, at 7.30 pm in Hauser & Wirth Gallery.

As the founder of Ircam (the Institute for Acoustic/Musical Coordination and Research), Pierre Boulez was a master of “mixed music” combining instrumental and electronic sounds. This concert reflects that particular facet of his personality, with two major pieces that feature both piano and electronic sound, Soli by Yan Maresz and Philippe Manoury’s Das Wohlpräpartierte Klavier, performed here on the keyboard by Jean-François Heisser.
