International Yoga Day

The International Yoga Day will be honoured on June 21, 2024, from 2:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., in the heart of Monaco with a Free Yoga class for everybody, on the magnificent Terraces of the Casino de Monte-Carlo.
On the Terraces of the Casino de Monte-Carlo, facing the Mediterranean Sea, a celebration of joy and serenity will enchant beginners and regular practitioners of this art of living.
With the support of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, the Kate Powers Foundation organises, this year, this meeting to celebrate together the International Yoga Day.
Everybody, no matter what age or level of practice is invited to join the event, to move, to breathe, to feel and to relax on the Terraces of the Casino.
Programme:
2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. – Yoga Session with Nico Luce
4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Kids Yoga with Sarah Clark (from 5 to 12 y.o., bilingual session French – English)
5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. – Yoga Session open to all with Nico Luce
Beginning at 7:00 p.m.
7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. – Extatic Dance with Andrea Tafur (with helmets)
9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. – Chill time – end of the evening
