Gastronomic dinner at the Pavyllon Monte-Carlo

The elegant Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo will host, on March 21, a fabulous gastronomic dinner in the heart of its Pavyllon Monte-Carlo restaurant, a restaurant by Yannick Alleno, in collaboration with the prestigious Château de Beaucastel. This magical place surrounded by hills dotted with vineyards, century-old olive trees and truffle oaks meets the sun and the Monegasque sea, for an exceptional evening in the presence of François Perrin, former Cellar Master of Beaucastel, and his wife. Mr. Perrin will also enhance this gastronomic highlight with great anecdotes about this historic and family estate, the first traces of which date back to the 16th century. The wines served during this high-flying evening, including a Château de Beaucastel, Hommage à Jacques Perrin 2000, a truly exceptional vintage, will be carefully selected to accompany the delicate dishes expertly prepared by the teams at Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, a restaurant by Yannick Alleno.

Five-course menu with aperitif, two starters, fish and meat, dessert – 290 euros with food and wine pairing.
