The 92nd WRC Rallye Monte-Carlo will take place from Monday 22 to Sunday 28 January 2024, Place du Casino and Gap (Hautes-Alpes).
With 14 mountain passes to negotiate along 17 special stages taking in five French départements, the route of this inaugural stage of the 2024 FIA World Rally Championship is taking place at a higher latitude – and thus a higher altitude. The Organising Committee of the Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM) has opted for a return to the Hautes-Alpes, and more specifically Gap, host town from 2014 to 2021, with the hope that the drivers will have to contend with even snowier conditions than those encountered in previous years.
