54th International Bouquet Competition

54th International Bouquet Competition will be held on October 7 and 8, 2023 in Riva Tunnel (8, quai Antoine-Ier – Monaco).

Placed under the High Patronage of H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince and the Presidency of H.R.H. the Princess of Hanover, the theme of the 54th International Bouquet Competition will be: In tribute to Prince Rainier III: “The Circus Festival”, in this year of celebration of the centenary of his birth. Organized by the Garden Club of Monaco, it will be held on October 7 and 8, 2023 in the Riva tunnel, quai Antoine Ier, in Monaco. Participants from all over Europe, who come to compete in imagination to create floral compositions, true works of art, are expected for this competition.

Seven categories are “free” style and open to everyone, amateurs and professionals, decorators and teachers, with the exception of the “young people” category reserved for children aged 6 to 14:
1 The trapeze artists
2 The contortionists
3 The tightrope walkers
4 Magic
5 Acrobatics and porcelain
6 Circus Animals
7 Clowns

Two juries will decide on the compositions presented:
– the “special” jury, chaired by H.R.H. the Princess of Hanover, made up of personalities from the literary and artistic world, awards the Special Prizes;

– the “official” jury, made up of judges, professors, international authors, floral art specialists, awards the Gold, Silver and Bronze Insignia and the General Grand Prize, as well as the Princess Grace of Monaco Prize.

The exhibition will be open to the public on Saturday October 7 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and on Sunday October 8 from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
