Princess Stephanie opens the 46th Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival Princess Stephanie, Camille Gottlieb, Louis Ducruet and Marie Chevallier opened the 46th Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival on 19 January 2024. Prince Rainier III created the Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival 50 years ago in 1974.

The princely family gathered in front of the Princely Palace to attend the Open Air Circus Show on Saturday 13 January. The unique event drew large crowds and kicked off the Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival season, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year (1974-2024).

Prince Albert II visits Malaysia and inaugurates Monaco’s New Consulate Prince Albert II made a state visit to Malaysia on 28 November and inaugurated the new Consulate of Monaco in Kuala Lumpur. Sri Omar Naresh Mohan, recently appointed Honorary Consul of the Principality, helped organize the Sovereign’s visit.

Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella attended Monaco’s Children's Rights Day at Princess Antoinette Park, accompanied by Princess Charlene on November 20. 560 students from public and private elementary schools across the Principality enjoyed various activities, including drone demonstrations, Lego, face-painting, temporary tattoos, foosball, fair games, food stands and more.

The evening featured signature dishes by four Michelin-starred Chefs: Alain Ducasse, Marcel Ravin, Yannick Alleno and Dominique Lory.

Prince Albert II is currently in Pennsylvania, where his mother, Princess Grace, was born. The Sovereign is with his cousin, John B. Kelly III, participating in a greening initiative in Philadelphia. Prince Albert II donated $130,000 to the initiative through his foundation.

New Prince Albert I Monument is Inaugurated by Prince Albert II and Princess Caroline The Sovereign Prince and the Princess of Hanover recently inaugurated a monument in tribute to Prince Albert I, created by Italian artist Giuseppe Ducrot, outside the Albert I High School in Monaco-Ville.
