Following in the historic footsteps of his family, Prince Albert II travelled to Italy, where he visited the Puglia region and Genoa, from 20 to 23 April. In 1532, Emperor Charles V granted the lord of Monaco, in return for his alliance, a number of fiefs in southern Italy.

The Prince of Monaco has once again tested positive for Covid-19, according to the Princely Palace reports. However, the illness is proceeding without obvious and pronounced symptoms and his state of health is not a cause for concern.

On 10 March, Prince Albert II and Princess Caroline attended the 11th International Monaco and the Mediterranean Meeting organized by the Monegasque Association for the Appreciation of the Arts at the Oceanographic Museum.
