ACCOBAMS Celebrates its 20th Anniversary
ACCOBAMS is an intergovernmental agreement to reduce threats which endanger Cetaceans (a family of marine mammals which include whales, dolphins and porpoises) by improving understanding of these animals and implementing appropriate conservation measures.
