A recent study published by the IMSEE (Monegasque Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies) about Monaco’s real estate market in 2025 shows a sales market dominated by very high-end properties. Although the new sales market declined compared to 2024 (which was an exceptional year), resales reached record numbers.
